A large export industry, with a leading position in the Greek market and an extensive export network, is seeking for an IT Manager to lead their department.

The Role

The suitable candidate will have extensive experience in IT operations management, specializing in Softone ERP systems to optimize processes, will lead the integration of IT systems, focusing on manufacturing workflow efficiency, will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate business needs into effective IT solutions. Keeping up with the latest technological advancements, he/she will recommend innovative solutions to enhance project operations. Proficiency in MS Office 365 suite is crucial for fostering collaboration and productivity throughout the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Essential proficiency in MS Office 365 suite, including the ability to provide expert guidance and support to enhance collaboration and productivity throughout the organization
Proficient in integrating IT systems to guarantee smooth connectivity and operational functionality
Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, particularly with a focus on Softone ERP, will be concidered as a valuable advantage
At least 5 years professional experience in IT management, preferably within a manufacturing industry
Extrovert with high communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Communicating Technical Concepts to Non-Technical Stakeholder
