A large group of companies in the horeca sector, operating in North Greece with an international presence and significant plans for further development, is seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong focus on recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and human resources management.

The Role

The suitable candidate will be responsible for:
Leading and managing the recruitment process to attract top talent
Developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies
Overseeing onboarding and training programs for new hires
Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs
Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR regulations
Managing employee relations and providing support to staff
Communicating with recruitment agencies

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Experience in hospitality is a strong plus
Exceptional command of English, demonstrated in both oral and written communication
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and time management & organizational abilities
Ability to travel nationally 
Reference letters from previous employers are required
