A large group of companies with an international presence and significant plans for further development seeks to fulfill
the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The Role

The suitable candidate will be responsible for:
Providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team
Managing financial forecasting and budgeting processes, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
Ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group
Coordinating the development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, and overseeing reporting for the same
Ensuring cash flow compatibility with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities
Developing and implementing best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on industrial costing
Strong knowledge of taxes, financial and managerial accounting (including cost accounting)
Exceptional command of English, demonstrated in both oral and written communication
Excellent communication skills and time management abilities
Experience in production or hospitality is desirable but not a must
Ability and willingness to relocate
Reference letters from previous employers are required
