The Role

The suitable candidate will be responsible for:
Overseeing daily functions through department managers to ensure smooth and efficient performance
Achieving Financial Objectives, align operations with the annual budget and business plan to meet financial targets
Developing and Implementing Growth Strategies that drive the hotel’s growth, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives
Acting as a liaison between the organisation and key clients, ensuring quality standards are met and client satisfaction is achieved
Operational Budget Management ensures that the company has the necessary resources to meet its objectives while maintaining financial health
Collaborating with C-LEVEL Executives to accomplish both short- and long-term operational and business goals, ensuring a cohesive strategy across departments

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a high-performing or luxury environment
Exceptional command of English demonstrated in both oral and written communication
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in hotel management software and other relevant IT systems to support operational efficiency
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and improve operational performance
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
