Description

A well-known five-star resort is seeking a Sales Manager with proven experience in resort management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales efforts and maintaining close communication with tour operations. The position requires seasonal on-site work in Halkidiki, with the option to work remotely for the rest of the year.

The Role

The suitable candidate will create and execute sales strategies to enhance occupancy and revenue, while identifying new business opportunities. They will manage relationships with tour operators, lead contract negotiations, and meet sales targets. The role also involves market research, client management, collaboration with marketing, and organizing MICE events to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry (resorts)
Exceptional command of English, demonstrated in both oral and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in market analysis and pricing strategy development
Strong understanding of financial principles and budgeting processes
