A prestigious five-star hotel in Chalkidiki is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to lead a luxury property and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The Role

The suitable candidate will be responsible for:
Overseeing daily operations across all hotel departments, including guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and on-site amenities
Leading and managing department heads, ensuring effective teamwork and communication across the hotel
Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-saving measures to achieve profitability goals
Maintaining high service standards across all areas of the hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences
Addressing guest feedback and making improvements to enhance service quality
Regularly reporting hotel performance to senior management and ensuring goals are met

Requirements

Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a 5-star or luxury hotel environment
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Exceptional command of English, demonstrated in both oral and written communication
Experience with sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in hotel management software
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
Reference letters from previous employers are required
