A multinational company is currently seeking a Finance Supervisor to join their team.

The Role

The suitable candidate in this role will be responsible to support the Finance Manager in various financial tasks, including month-end and year-end close processes. He/ she will also contribute to the creation, implementation, and review of finance policies and procedures, aiming for continuous improvement. Furthermore, he/ she will assist in preparing the annual budget and reporting variances, as well as analyzing manufacturing costs and comparing standard costs to actual production costs. He/ she will participate in external and internal audits. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations and laws. He/ she will also work with Legal Department to ensure compliance with Customs legislation. Additionally, he/ she will assist in various finance projects and perform additional finance duties as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or advanced degree in Finance will be a considered a plus
Professional qualifications (ACCA/ ACA/ CIA) will be considered an asset
At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in a Manufacturing company
Very good knowledge of accounting and reporting
Knowledge in budgeting and cost accounting will be considered a strong plus
English: Proficiency level – Oral and Written
Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Advanced Level of Excel) and ERP user preferably Entersoft
Expert analytical skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Attention to detail is crucial, along with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
